Collect reviews through interactive videos

In this example a viewer can submit a review or get customer support simply by interacting with a video survery.

The video is personalized to each viewer using merge fields, and the responses in the video are automatically converted into a star-rating and review.

Try giving a high rating and a low rating to see how it works. If you give a low overall rating, you are encouraged to get help from customer support instead of submitting a review.
